Easter Mini Tour Plan

I have a plans for a longer tour in the summer, but before I that, I thought I'd get a mini tour in over Easter. Staying local in East Anglia, this will be an opportunity to test out my much neglected camping gear!

Day 1 - Chelmsford to Stottisham

With heavy skies and 70 odd miles to do, I wasn't particularly looking forward to this. However, the weather was fine in the end and an enjoyable day was had.

Day 2 - Shottisham to Bastwick

Yet another ruined church. Loads around here!

A longish day taking in places such as Dunwich, Southwold Covehithe. Plus the delights of Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth.

Day 3 - Bastwick to Marsham

A shorter day today. Just a nice run up to the north Norfolk coast for a bit before heading inland to a campsite near Marsham.

Day 4 - Marsham to Norwich

The final day! Another bitterly cold start giving way to warm sunshine by mid morning. A nice trundle down the Marriotts Way and into Norwich.
